VIP Membership Subscription Disclosure

Subscription Disclosure
The Somatine VIP Membership is a recurring subscription billed at $24.95 every 30 days until canceled. By completing your purchase and checking the agreement box at checkout, you acknowledge and consent to these recurring billing terms.
Membership Overview
The Somatine VIP Membership gives members access to exclusive discounts, special promotions, early access to products, and other benefits made available from time to time. Benefits may change periodically at Somatine's discretion.
Recurring Billing Authorization
By enrolling in the Somatine VIP Membership, you agree to a recurring subscription. You authorize Somatine to charge your payment method $24.95 per month for continued access to the Membership and its benefits. Your membership renews automatically each month unless and until you cancel under these Terms. Charges continue until you cancel.
Cardholder Authorization & Recurring Billing Consent
By enrolling in the Somatine VIP Membership and completing your purchase, you give your express, informed consent to recurring billing as described in these Terms. You authorize Somatine to charge your selected payment method for the associated membership fees.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are enrolling in a recurring subscription membership program
- Your payment method will be charged $24.95 per billing cycle
- Billing occurs every 30 days unless canceled
- Charges continue automatically until you cancel
- You may cancel at any time using the methods described in these Terms
You confirm that you have reviewed the pricing, billing frequency, and cancellation instructions before completing your purchase.
Electronic Authorization
By submitting your order and providing payment information, you authorize Somatine and its payment processors to store and charge your payment method for recurring membership charges under these Terms. This authorization remains in effect until you cancel.
Advance Notice of Billing
You will receive a transaction receipt for your initial purchase. Recurring charges occur automatically according to the billing cycle above. You may contact customer support at any time to confirm billing details or request cancellation.
Cardholder Rights
As a cardholder, you have the right to cancel your recurring membership at any time. Cancellation requests submitted before your next billing date will stop the next scheduled charge. If you believe a billing error has occurred, contact customer support so we can review and resolve it promptly.
Transaction Verification
Somatine may collect and store transaction-related data, including but not limited to:
- IP address
- Device type
- Billing address
- Order timestamp
- Payment authorization information
This data may be used for fraud prevention, order verification, and responding to payment disputes.
Promotional Offers & Discounted Products
From time to time, Somatine may offer certain products at a promotional or discounted price when purchased alongside enrollment in the VIP Membership. By accepting these offers, you acknowledge that enrollment in the Somatine VIP Membership may be required to receive the promotional pricing, and that participation constitutes agreement to the recurring billing described in these Terms.
Billing Schedule
Your first membership charge occurs at enrollment unless otherwise stated. Later charges occur approximately every 30 days from the initial billing date. Dates may vary slightly due to processing timing, weekends, or holidays.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time. To cancel, you may:

- Use any account management tools available through your customer account
- Contact customer support for assistance
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid the next scheduled charge. Once canceled, your benefits remain active through the end of the current billing period.
Refund Policy
Membership fees are generally non-refundable once billed. However, Somatine may issue refunds at its sole discretion in cases of billing errors or exceptional circumstances. Please contact customer support to resolve any billing concern before initiating a payment dispute with your bank or card issuer.
Billing Descriptor
Charges for the Somatine VIP Membership will appear on your statement as SOMATINE or a similar descriptor associated with Somatine.
Membership Benefits
Benefits may include, but are not limited to, exclusive product discounts, member-only promotions, early access to product releases, and access to limited offers or giveaways. Benefits may change at any time without prior notice.
Membership Eligibility
Membership is intended for individual consumer use only. Somatine reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if abuse, fraud, or misuse of benefits is suspected.
Account Responsibility
Members are responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential. Sharing account access or abusing membership privileges may result in termination without refund.
Fraud & Chargeback Policy
If you have a billing or membership question, we encourage you to contact our support team first at support@somatine.com - most issues can be resolved quickly this way. You always retain the right to dispute a charge directly with your card issuer at any time. Somatine reserves the right to review accounts for suspected fraud or abuse and to take appropriate action, including membership termination, where such activity is confirmed.
Modification of Membership
Somatine reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Membership program, pricing, or benefits at any time. Members will be notified of material changes where required by applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Somatine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Membership program.
Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Somatine VIP Membership shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the applicable arbitration rules. Members agree to waive participation in class action lawsuits and class-wide arbitration.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
