Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed Friday after 5pm EST through Sunday, or on holidays, begin processing the next business day.

Domestic shipping runs $3.95–$14.95 depending on order weight, calculated at checkout. Expedited options are available where applicable. Orders placed before 12pm EST ship within 2 business days regardless of the speed selected.

We ship to addresses within the US and US Territories, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking updates within 24 hours.

If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us right away at support@somatine.com so we can help make it right.

We validate shipping addresses at checkout where possible. If an address can't be verified, we'll reach out before shipping - if we can't reach you, the order will be canceled and refunded.

If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, or you need to update your order before it ships, contact us as soon as possible.
